Get around easy. The woods are deep and dark.
The program was created to realize 'Learning by Doing' teaching methodology in schools. The organization is motivated by a simple problem they themselves faced in school and colleges. Students are expected learn a 50 word definition of 'electric current' without actually understanding and 'seeing' how it works. The Fellowship aims at implementing application based education in schools and make 'learning' a joyous, engaging activity.
The fellowship operates both part-time and full-time model. The part-time cycles are 6 Months, 10 Months and 12 months. One can commit to either of the three options. There is no bond and one has the option to leave before completing his/her opted time period. However, the Fellowship is a commitment and is meant for those who are motivated to bring about change at the heart of our education system - schools. We don't want fellows who will drop out prematurely due to family pressures, marriage plans, and fancy pay package of their friends or a university education. Compensation benefits are linked to each time slab.
Fellows have to commit 6 classes in a week.

The Fellows do require to meet a certain degree of proficiency in communication.
